I found it to be excellent for my daughter. She was having issues with her mental health and school, before she would be depressed and not confident in herself. Now she has come out of her shell and really grown as I young adult now. The couch are great with all the kids.

Love the adult classes. Coaches know their stuff. Highly recommend trying out concept Jiujitsu in pakenham. Five stars from me!!
