This 'small business' as they keep saying to justify their pathetic way of running needs to come with a trigger warning. If you've got PTSD from abuse or just don't like to mix what's supposed to be professionslism with drama, I would steer clear. The most god awful and disgusting company I've ever dealt with. I only engaged with them as they assured me with weeks notice that they could complete a job prior to settlement. 3 months later, and it's just been brought to my attention the work isn't even complete (I've left the property so wouldn't know)

Instead, I have my lawyers and agent passing the message on for me because they can't put their big girl pants on and communicate themselves. What they will do though, is text and call so much so that your phone will automatically filter their number as spam & you don't see any of it. I was then given their number to call by my agent & that's when I discovered they were in my spam. Any professional company would send an email with actual details & communicate. As the work has taken several months and is still apparently ongoing, circumstances have changed and I kindly requested some assistance with paying the bill (over $3k) and the response I got was to contact another plumber which I didn't understand as I was under the impression the work was done, I mean if it wasn't even complete why would they be jumping down your throat like that?

I can't speak for their work as I'll never see it, but if they're willing to leave a site supposedly dangerous for the new owners for months and approach a situation this way, I wouldn't trust that they have any ethics in the quality of their work. Don't let 'small businesses' treat you this way and find someone professional and respectful✌️
