If your thinking One - THINK AGAIN.

My partner and I rented a property through One for 18 months. In which time we found dealings with our two property managers difficult to say the least. We have been renters for the last 6 years and have experienced nothing as bad as renting through this company, despite keeping the property clean, tidy and up to date with our rent.
A dispute in regards to the end date of our lease was poorly handled with confusing and conflicting information given to us. When communication with our property manager broke down we emailed the principal regarding our frustrations and what they had been caused by. We received NOTHING back. Their website talks about about professionalism and passion with property management. We didn't experience this.
My advice to you if you are going to sign a lease with this company - DONT! You are just treated like a necessary evil for their property owners.
