Platypus Pet Shop

I have found the coustomer service to be very friendly and helpful. They have everything I need for my dog without having to risk buying things on line. i have only had to return one thing and there was no problem at all with getting a full refund. Highly recommended.

I find that is a terrible pet shop as the cages for multiple animals there are way to small. Especially the busies cage/exhibit. Don’t have a huge selection of things and some of the items there are much more expensive as others meaning that some animals are harder to take care of only because of the cost. I think platypus let shop should improve and when I went there last week once of their employees treated me very poorly. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly as all the other employees helping the other customers were treating fairly and had been respected. Despite all that the cages for the animals did have a lot of decorations and toys set out for the pets. Thanks for reading.

Very disappointed!!!

I brought 2 fish on Christmas Eve as a present, all the fish on the shop looked lifeless but Daryl reassured me that they were well and healthy.

One died that afternoon just after it was given as a present!!!

I rang after the holidays were over and Michelle said she would meet me in Bega with a replacement, she never called.

I went down to the shop but they didn’t have any and she wasn’t interested in refunding me but said she would meet me in Bega on the weekend yet again i never received a call.

These fish were unhealthy and very under fed!!

Would NOT recommend this pet shop!!!
