Same Day Plumbing Maintenance

Under No circumstances i will ever get him back, be careful and remain away with this type of ripper plumber. He is very unprofessional, unethical, does not do his job as he promise. I think the positive review he got could be from his mate. I called him, explain him the job is to get the wall tap to sink and has concrete wall and connect sink to drain. Explained him that you need to lower tap and come back and do the rest. He said will do at $380. I invited him come and do the job. On arrival he said can not in $380, he start bargaining for money, from here you can see how unprofessional he is. His point to bargain money was that he thought it’s Gyprock wall, where I have clearly said it’s concrete wall. He said he want $650 for job. I told him I will give $450 as he was here to do job. He did not said anything and start working. Once he remove the tap and lower tap, he did not bother cleaning the area and do plaster around the places only did small patch (check picture) instead ask for money. I said I will give you half and once you come back and do I will give half. He disagree and asked for all money, guess what he wants $500 now, saying he will come back and do the job. I trusted him and gave $480 as he agrees. After a day I will him to come and finish job he says $480 is to just lower tap, additional, start swearing at me. Once I said I will go further he said he going to drop $100 in my letter box, which he has not done in a weeks of time. I said I am not looking for money I need job to be finish. I called other plumber and he mention that this guy ripped me and suggested DONOT GIVE MONEY BEFORE JOB FINISH. JUST Remain away from this plumber.

Asked john to fix my hot water in the roof and he fixed it buy welding it up. It was good for a week, but then it leaked again. When i asked him to come back he said it was to hot to go in the roof. We found smithbrothers and they came straight away and replaced the unit to a outside unit. He tried to help but we lost that money which could of gone to a new unit.We had the money and were looking to get the job done properly.
