I went to this salon as it was recommended to me by someone I knew.



I asked for full head foil. When I was asked how light I wanted to go I said inqant light but not at the expense of the health of my hair.



4 hours later I am still sitting in the chair even after I have asked numerous times if perhaps I was in too long



When they removed the foil I knew my hair was fried- you'd have to be stupid to think it wouldn't be. They proceeded to wash it avoiding to show me the hair. On return to the chair my hair was grey and when I went to feel it - it snapped like it was vermicelli.



The guy kept saying its dry on some areas but overall not bad since I already had dry hair to begin with grrr



I was angry but wanted to keep it cool. He started thinning my hair out to remove the "dry " hair . By this stage I had been in the salon for 6 hours and have asked him to continue on Sunday as I was already late for work.



Fast forward 2 days later he continued to cut my hair -

When I walked in on Friday my hair was close to my waist- come Sunday my hair was just under my ears.



They did not charge me for the highlight but had the nerve to charge me for the cut - I paid just so get this over and done with and sent me off with shampoo and conditioner to help with the dry hair.



I waited 6 weeks to leave this comment as i didn't want to leave a feedback while I was very angry

..It's difficult not to be angry- I am left with straw for hair which needs relentless treatment. This has been a very costly mistake .
