Left work 15 mins early to meet rep at premises. I get a call to say they can't come at prearranged time. Make a booking on Monday 8 Jan for Tuesday 9 Jan. No one showed up. WELL, apparently I am supposed to confirm an appt made less than 24hrs ago. I have paid deposit now we will see.

Paid the deposit on 24 Feb waited over a month we rang them.
Booked in install for 12 April Paid Balance.
Installer had car trouble (Told to wait another week)
Booked in install for 20th April no one turned up rang to find out was not booked in I was to confirm booking yet we were told it was booked unless I rang back.
(Told to wait another week) 27th April fingers crossed no rush all this after frightening home invasion we will feel safe eventually.

Had a appointment booked in for two weeks then 38 minutes before they where supoposed to come out for the appointment they called to cancel i won't be giving them my service and will be giving someone else that is willing to give me service my services.

Great service and great product. We had a motorised folding arm awning put in over our deck. The whole process was really easy and hassle free.
