Peak Hill Caravan Park

The accommodation Parkes Country Cabins was meant to be ongoing. I paid ,1 weeks bond deposit and 1 week rent ,no receipts were given. the lady at the office was named Toni.

After making the payment, was given a temporary room as I got there at 8pm.Toni stated that she has other people that are staying in that room. next day I cleaned the room, and put the key in the letter box at the property,I left at 10am. And came back hope to get the keys for my permanent room. I called Toni she sated that she will come in 30 mins.

Toni did not show up and I message her to tell her I was waiting. She arrived and again asked for documents and complained that the documents did not show that I have paid the bill..

also stated that I didn't return the key,,, I said in the letter box, and I got them out and handed the keys to her.

The documents were to prove that I had a income(rate notice and water bill)my investments properties. I have sent her documents a number of times, see attachment.

She kept servicing other people that were behind me, twice and also locked me out of the office.

no keys were given, was waiting from 10.30 till about 4 and I was no closer to getting the key for the accommodation I paid for. I called the police they were unable to assist. I had to ring link to home to obtain accommodation as Toni would not refund the money.

Still no refund.
