Walked in today only to be met by an old aussie lady who claimed she has worked there for 20 years anyway long story short she was rude and came across as a racist, didn’t know what a plug and waste with an over flow feature was which lets me to believe she does not know anything about plumbing, the whole thing was really awkward I was there with my customers me being a licensed plumber for 17 years she absolutely messed up. Doesn’t deserve to be at the front counter. We left with a really bad impression and will Never go back there again.
