Do not use this company. Incompetent tradesmen and a principal, Gerry Swindale, who refuses to rectify the mistakes his sub-contractors made. Never turn up, never ring, then blame me for not giving them access. What a joke! Wrong coating put on floor which is peeling after five months and Gerry refuses to acknowledge it. Nightmare of an experience!

We've had a nightmare with this company. Tradesmen who turn up after dark without equipment. The wrong coating put on the floor which is peeling after five months. Gerry Swindale refuses to rectify problem. He is a scammer. Do not use this company! Gerry Swindale makes up lies to avoid responsibilities and makes threats. I have spent thousands on a floor and now I can't even look at it. Absolute disgrace! Do not use this company!
