How disappointing - I have tried to deal with these people for a week and after several phone calls - I found out today, that my calls were being taken by an answering service (who supposedly were forwarding my calls to the technician who would be ringing me back) This hasn't happened as of yet ? As mentioned - I try to keep my business local but it looks like I've stuck out this time.
