I prebooked the car online and pre-paid. It was quick service and we got an upgrade free of charge because the car we wanted wasn't available. But I was really unhappy with the extra charges that I wasn't told about when I prebooked and paid. I ticked he was under 25 online when I paid what I thought was the full amount and after we picked it up they charged us an extra $150! If I had knew I would have never of booked it.
