I took my I phone Max for new screen nothing was wrong with the rose gold back got the phone back after paying 420 for screen and phone case receipt read $389 the screen was faulty and they took the back off and replaced it with a black back very shady company don’t go there

Came in with a 11 pro max back screen broken, they sent my phone away for a day & a half. Comes back with any flash not working & they will only fix it if they can have access to my phone requiring the password so they can “test” it when they can access it without unlocking the phone. After spending $250 for the back I’m not having to spend another $150 for the flash to be repaired else where. I rate a ZERO

Go in there with a broken 11 pro max back screen, received the phone back to the flash not working & the cord running to it completely broken. Only will fix it if I give them my phone passcode. Refusing to fix it otherwise, now having to spend $200 on top of already spending $250 to get this phone fixed else where. Not happy that they will have access to my whole phone for a day while they send it to Campbeltown. Never have I heard a company needing a passcode to test the flash when you can access it on the front screen without unlocking it.. will never go to them again. If there is a rating for ZERO starts I would rate a ZERO not a ONE

Took phone in for speaker repair‘ quote $60! Came didn’t work’ then they said it’s the screen $90 came away! Didn’t work!!!! Said needs something else come back in a few days!!!!!! NO thankyou $$$ came away poorer and no working phone
