Super Jet 60 Dry Cleaners

Placed my order yesterday. Suit returned next day cleaned and pressed just how I wanted it.

Not very good customer service at all.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They completely RUINED my wedding gown.. Admitted no fault and gave me the run around.. One minute the boss would be in and next minute he has gone to Canberra..

I hope my review is read by many so I can save everyone the heartache I have gone through the last few months.. They only PARTIALLY fixed the damage they caused, admitting no fault. On top of which they never kept me in the loop with the progress of fixing my dress. I had to constantly call them to get any sort of information on when I would receive my gown.

To all the brides out there especially, please do NOT take your gown to these people unless you want irreversible damage on something so sentimental as a wedding gown.

They also have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. To sum them up in one worse "TERRIBLE".

Beware, they do not care about anything of value.
