Similar experience to others here. A thorough job was not done. The very young man doing the quote missed key problems that were pointed out to him. For the work that was done, none of the employees cleaned up the minimal amount of mess that was involved in the job and twice left rubbish on the footpath out the front of the house. Any communication with Daniel was highly unimpressive. No apologies for problems raised and an all over impression that this guy thinks the world owes him a living (including the fact that he was more concerned about copping a poor review for the poor service than looking after the customer). A couple of grand later and the leaks were still there, causing further damage to the walls inside the house. Daniel then tried to mince words about why they were called there for roof maintenance and was completely dishonest in his response (refusing to admit that an obvious problem, that should have been covered in the inspection, had not been noted and dealt with). I recommend avoiding this company.

Very fast response, They arrived only 20mins after the ETA from the previous day. The repair was done quickly and well.

The guys were very friendly and professional.

Our water was back on within an hour of them coming, I would contact them again for any more plumbing work.

I recently had ADKO Plumbing Services come out to carry out some plumbing work at my property. Daniel and his team were prompt to arrange to come out and investigate my hot water heater problem. Daniel's team were punctual, professional clean and polite. At my property the following day, and the problem fixed within the hour of them arriving. I’m a Senior Property Manager and I have been using Adko plumbing for 2 years now. They are professional, always on time, & easily contactable. I would definitely recommended Daniel and Adam to any other agencies out there looking for a plumbing company they can rely on.

I've dealt with a number of plumbers in the past but Daniel definitely took the issue of a leaking hot water system and turned it into a painless experience. I was told 10am and he arrived 10 minutes before. He was able to complete the job within the hour and I was able to get on with my normal day.

Great service, efficient, friendly, trust worthy, & the list goes on. These guys are by far the best. We had some leaking taps repaired in our shower and laundry, the guys worked quickly, cautiously and most importantly left the place spotless after they were done. Will definitely be using these guys again!
