Toll Air Express

rang the office of toll air express half an hour ago, to enquire about two pets that arrived there today from a flight from hobart tas.. i explained that the ppl picking up the pets were 2 hrs late picking up the pets, due to accident on highway. the lovely gentleman then proceeded to say he couldnt see any pets. i naturally got very concerned. he needed more details couldnt understand the reason for my call. i gave him flight details, that hobarts mam. i need more details. i then said so there is no animals there oh i can see a wolf looking thing there (dear me its a husky) near the truck, no cat tho. so what is the purpose of your call mam. my god how obnoxious is he, im upset worrying about two pets. he was obviously very bored as he didnt give a dam. i then said that i got message on phone while talking to him saying that they are about 17mins away. well then what are you ringing me for. my god more to the point is why wasnt the ppl picking up the animals contacted to see where they were, after the animals sitting in cages for another two hrs waiting, were they given water in the heat there were they left next to all the trucks there. my god i am glad i wasnt talking face to face with this person, as his interactions with your customers is dont care attitude your boring me to tears attitude, i would have asked for someone in charge that shared my concern and worry. mainly why wasnt a call made to contact the ppl even to see where they are. needless to say i didnt even bother saying goodbye or thank you for nothing. some ppl skills may be a good thing for your employees to learn. especially when all this is happening and no obvious help concern nothing from him. the rating is a 2 star for the dogtainers ladies only
