We have particularly enjoyed the Walk the plan experience when we saw our house plan life size so that we could get a real feel for the design we had evolved with HBA’s designers. We love the fact that our design is 100% unique to us and that we own the copyright to it. Many thanks HBA!

A really good aspect of our project was that Ann was able to deal with the builder, whilst I was away, on a day to day basis and they respected her and complied with what she wanted without hesitation. Without the type of close relationship and personal service HBA promote our project would certainly not have gone as well as it did. Living in the home during the work was sometimes trying but made all the better for the care and attention that all the trades showed us. Thank you HBA and Michael.

Our block was funnily shaped, our area was an older, established suburb (not one of the easily accessible, new estates) and our wish list was long. This was our third build and the design and concept that I had in my mind was not available from Perth’s bigger builders. The best move I made in this process was taking that first meeting with Paul and Richard. They designed me the home that I wanted, not that I was told was normal.
