ASKO authorised this Company to make a service call and carry out the necessary rectifications, under the authorised and approved claim, I lodged with ASKO.

The service provider called and assessed the problem and said he would need to replace the “ heater element “ , expected timeframe, one to two weeks maximum!

Four (4) weeks later and after weekly calls to the Company, no report had been provided to their office , from the serviceman who carried out the service call.

I then conveyed “my lack of service “ directly to ASKO, who, in turn , tried to encourage the Company to forward a request of parts required, ( which were readily available) to ASKO, immediately, in order to rectify the problem and complete the repair.However, after several failed attempts, ASKO terminated their own service agreement with this Company and reallocated the service to another repairer.

Frustration over non-working dishwasher was turned around in a very quick time. The fault found, fixed and tidied up so efficiently. The machanic not only fixed my dishwasher but also helped me with advice on fixing the blown lights in my oven, I didn't expect such helpful service. I called in the office next morning to pick up the required light bulbs for the oven to find three really cheerful and helpful ladies in the office. I left feeling very grateful I had contacted this company to repair my dishwasher. So thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely appalling. No help whatsoever. Would never recommend.
