Hervey Bay Home Brew

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The owner of this company is rude, unhelpful and makes you feel like it’s a chore to serve you. As per your suggestion to me yesterday I will shop at your opposition if u don’t like what I no longer sell.

The staff at this business were able to give me advise and help me with my brewing where other shops were not able to do so. There advice was spot on and I am now able to make a much better product. I do not agree with the other reviews at all as the other businesses they are talking about gave me very poor advice.

I agree with every thing Joe c. & Stephen l.said about this bussiness 100 %, They treat you like they dont care if you shop there or not, They make you feel unwanted. l now also go to Merrybough to get my home brew needs. Or online .rating .5 of a star from me.

Rude and unhelpful, I kept going back but attitude always the same!. I now drive to Maryborough instead of supporting this business.

wow...just wow... Simple Question, concise answer but rude attitude. I was made to feel like i didnt deserve to be alive let alone walking into her store to spend my money. Thanks for the advice but someone else get my money.
