Showed my pool to need 11 bags of magnesium essence. Took same sample to another pool shop and that report showed pool needing 1 bag. Put in 1 bag, next report clear! I will not be getting my water tested here, i’m afraid.

I have been dealing with HB Pool & Spas for a few years and in that time I have found Norm & Sue to be extremely helpful and adhered to all my pool needs. Their is never a job too small and the prompt service and advice given is fantastic. I would recommend these guys

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable on all things to do with pools and spas. Would highly recommend. Pricing very reasonable.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
As a loyal customer and supporter of this business for last 10 years, I was floored when owner Norm, AFTER performing a water test, demanded a $5 charge for the "service". I have spent many thousand of dollars with this business and now suddenly without warning he wants this $5 water test charge...because in this particular instance I did not purchase any chemicals despite fact I exclusively purchase all my spa needs through this business. Very poor customer service..good bye Norm & Sue..plenty of other pool and spa businesses in Hervey Bay
