Willow Park Nursery

The staff are all very knowledgeable and more than happy to assist you find the plant you want. And there are some wonderful plants. Actually a large amount of very wonderful plants. Great range of mature trees. Very impressive nursery and well priced.

Diseased, dead, dying, potbound & ratty stock coupled with poor knowledge levels, poor service & the rudest shop owner ever. Why shop there? Sorry, there are no good reasons, you can do better anywhere!

On Saturday 30 November 2019 I went to Willow Park Nursery to buy an aloe vera plant. What should have been a simple, smooth transaction turned into a confrontation with the incredibly rude Willow Park owner.



Instead of me happily bringing home my new aloe vera after having paid for it, this extraordinary man inexplicably refused to to go through with the transaction, suddenly gave me my money back, and, in essence, told me to bugger off. All this occurred in front of other customers.



I was very upset at my treatment at the hands of this man. When later that afternoon my husband repeatedly rang Willow Park to have a chat, no-one answered the phone! Needless to say, I won't ever return to Willow Park!



I've subsequently learned that this man is very well known for his amazingly bad behaviour. towards customers (you only have to read the Facebook and other reviews to understand what he's like!).
