Grimm Landscapes

We arranged Zach to pave our pool surrounds and lanscape a small garden. We booked early so we had organised to tie in with our pool builder. We gave 4 weeks advising contact with exact date would be 1 wk before. When we rang Zach had booked other jobs and said he could not do our job as other work was more expensive than ours!!!!! With short notice we now have been left unable to find someone ekse @ short notice. Gave him the opportunity to offer to do on a weekend as he has not provided our service. He declined advising he needs to be happy on his job site and feels we would have ill will. I told him this was a very shabby wat to treat customers you had agreed to provide a service for. Zach thought an apology was enough!!! Sorry Zach not the way to treat your clients. He said was totally his fault as he forgot to write down properly in his diary!!!! Trust in business is everything. I hope you learn this as you get older. BTW I did not want to add 1 * but had to with this rvw
