Stu comes to my house and quotes me on Haier aircons and I asked him for Fujitsu instead. He was unimpressed and tried to push for the Haier's but I maintained that I wanted Fujitsu's. He then quoted me for them and gave me an installation date. After waiting 10 days for the date, of which 5 days of them were 40+ degrees, he never called or showed up for the right date to install the aircons. I try to call him and he answers but after hearing my voice, keeps pretending that his phone doesn't work. I send him a message and no respond. I then used my friend's phone and it worked, but after he knew it was me, started to close the line again. Absolute trash behaviour.
