Disappointing

2yrs ago they delivered 2 air conditioners and left them inside gate in the rain when we have an undercover area not far from the gate, I rang and complained about this but heard nothing back. I even rang Kogan to advise them of this issue and still nothing.

Then I ordered a unit from Temple and Webster for my 9yr old grandson and they delivered 1 part of it and not the whole order. My little grandson was upset as we can’t finish his bedroom until the other part arrives. If Temple and Webster continue to use this delivery service I will not be ordering from them again and I will be ringing them on Monday to advise them of it.

Terrible Service

I was at home on the day they delivered the consignment, but no one rang my doorbell. They came to my property five times without prior arrangement and refused to contact me when they were outside. They never called to schedule a redelivery date but simply redelivered whenever they wanted. How can I receive my consignment like this?



I called the customer service team, but they hung up on me twice while I was still talking. Even the manager did the same. They did not

They did not apologize but blamed me for wasting their money on five redelivery attempts. I buy a lot online and did not know what was in the consignment. When someone finally called me, I confirmed if it was okay to throw the package over the fence, and the lady said it was. However, the customer service team later told me it was too heavy to throw over the fence.



If you knew it was heavy, why did you agree to my instruction and continue with redeliveries without contacting me for alternative arrangements? Why didn’t you ask me for a date when someone would be home? I didn’t know the redelivery dates or when the driver was outside!



I will never receive any consignment from Hunter Express again, even if I am at home on the delivery day. This is a rubbish company with rubbish customer service! I look forward to seeing this company go out of business.

Appalling service.

Hunter couriers you don’t deserve to be in business or the 1.7 point review. I’ve been waiting for 2 packages that I desperately need for my ailing dog situated in Canberra and it sat in the Brisbane warehouse for over a month because it was being relabelled? What a disgrace. Then it was promised yesterday, but if course no show! My dog will likely pass away before I get the needed deliveries. Unforgivable!!! I will tell as many people as I can not to use Hunter couriers.

Bad service

Nnver pick up for more than one week for 7 parcels while customer service keeps saying will pick up today or tomorrow.

Appalling service

My pacakge still not have been delivered. I contacted customer service this morning at 9.08 am. customer service person was rude, said nothing can be done, and cannot rebook the delivery. Just have to wait until 10.30 to see what is happening. what other customer service person was able to rebook for 19th. I told her this is the 4th time I called about getting this item redelivered. I said I wanted to lodge a complaint. She refused to provide her name, and hung up on me. She said she has other customers. Appalling customer service.

Shame you cant rate less then one star!

Days late, on board for delivery still didn't arrive 24 hours later, was told it was a glitch. Lady was meant to get back to me, didn't. Was then told by an extremely rude woman, I now have to pick it up myself due to their error after she doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, then I was hung up on. I then called back to speak to a manager and she is off and apparently no one else is change to speak to. No left without our deliveries or any resolution. Appalling business, no wonder it is one star!

Absolutely appalling

My items had not arrived weeks after the appointed delivery date. I after multiple attempts at trying to contact them. I finally spoke with a lady who told me she couldn’t tell me any information on my items following that she promptly refused to answer any following questions and hung up.

Terrible. No communication. Closed order and have not received my goods

I received four of my five items. Delivery driver told me number five would arrive the next day.

Two emails (no reply and no contact phone number), over a week later and I'm still waiting. Hunter Express has even closed my delivery order claiming all five packages have been delivered.



Do not use if you expect a delivery service to deliver what you ordered.
