Garry was booked to carry out a service for split systems, he didn’t even do the bare minimum expected of a general service.



All he did was place a thermometer to check the temperature and then tell me what I already knew- that the system isn’t working properly.



No proper checks, diagnostics or servicing per. Despite this, he still charged me $330 for what he called a “service”



Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this business.

Quote was for $330 assuming 2 hours work.

He was here for 2 hours and 20mins and the bill was $731.50

Poor work quality and deceptive. Misleading fee structure - didn't disclose an expensive call out fee prior to coming, then once at my property charged a $100 call out fee on the spot.

Gary responded very quickly and was here in 20 minutes. He deceptively didn't mention his expensive call out fee and charged $440 dollars to connect conduit from our hot water system to our existing storm water drainage. Misleading trade practice and unfair.
