He was being incredibly racist. I called him in and when he saw me he smacked his teeth and I told him I’ll be away while he’s working on my clogged pipes. I came back and he said he was done, so I payed him the reassured the the reassured price. $385 !! But while he left I quickly went to go check on my unclogged pipes. But then I found this. He writes racist slang all over my mirrors. Do not recommend

Paid Pipeflow $385 to unblock our sewer pipe. Pipeflow came and jetted water into pipe and also found some tree roots. A small section of roots was removed through inspection point and this seemed to fix the issue. Exactly one week later the pipe was blocked again. Contacted Pipeflow to come back to fix issue and was told that it would cost another $300 and that a camera would be used this time to help to remove all the tree roots. Why wasn't that done in the first place? Pipeflow would not budge on coming back to fix the issue cost free or for a reduced price. The best they could offer was $300 cash to fix it. Ended up getting a different company (pipe dream) to fix the issue for $297. They used a camera and made sure all tree roots were removed. Turned out the roots were just in the section where pipeflow cut a small section of roots. Seems like pipeflow didn't do a good job on this occasion, either intentionally or lack of care.

I have used Nick a couple of times and I am extremely happy with his service. He has all the equipment needed to identify a blockage and clear a blocked drain.

Came recommended. Cost 350 for 1 hour. Didn't check with camera to identify problem. 2 weeks later problem re-occured. No follow up service offered. Wants to charge again for a job not done.

Agreed a price (pre-visit) to provide alternative quote on some already scoped and priced works. Without asking brought 2 men and rescoped issue.... I even gave them the previous plumbers report, solution and qoute. He then re-told me the issue, solution already known, and attempted to charge 3times agreed price. When I refused and said I would pay our pre-agreed rate, he become very aggressive, swearing inside my house with young children watching. Wife felt intimidated, and worried he was about to start a fight... paid him cash just to leave the house, and he refused to provide paperwork or receipt.



All in all terrible experience, paid hundreds of $$$ with nothing in return.... AVOID at all costs!!

Called Nick from Pipeflow to help us with blocked drains. Was here within an hour, talked through the problem, worked out the issue and fixed it. No stress and reasonably priced.

We used Pipe Flow after Nick came recommended.

We are so happy with the service.

He had all the equipment as in wet vac, pressure hoses, torches and cameras.

Very resonably priced.
