Came and saw the job on the 19th of September, advised he would send a quote within a day or two. Haven't heard from him since. After sending text message reminder, heard from him yesterday that he would not take the job wow. I don't understand why he attended the job in the first place, if he wanted to waist his time for no reason, that's his right, but to waist my time and no to mention waiting for him that's just outrageous. As this is his second offence, I would not recommend this business at all. So unprofessional.
