hired Debra to do my Tech packs for my clothing label I am trying to start up. Debra made me pay the full amount before emailing me the finalised product to see if she had done them how I wanted or if I liked what had been done. Debra had not done them as I wanted and when I told her she said too bad you have to pay for me to fix them again, the tech packs look nothing like the sketches that I sent her and I already paid her 3 grand for her to not do them correctly in the first place, so I asked her to please fix them to which she called me rude and told me to take my business elsewhere, I then asked her to refund me half the price if she wasn’t going to fix them as I would have to find someone else to fix them, which has been impossible mind you, no one will touch her work and I will have to buy completely new tech packs to get what I wanted making these tech packs she has done completely useless, so I think asking for only half of my money back is way more than fair considering she hasn’t full fulfilled the service she was paid to do. I have sent Debra numerous emails to which she has no replied or tried to resolve the issue. I am now going through different avenues to try and get my money back as I have paid her for a service that she has not fulfilled. I wish I knew what type of person she was before giving her $3000 of my hard earned money as I would never ever have worked with her, she has made this a terrible experience. You can not make someone pay for a product in full without allowing them to see the finalised product first or make any changes. Terrible customer service and very unpleasant person.
