Had windows for whole house delivered by Wideline. Windows turned up scratched, scuffed, dented and bent. Had to send all of them back to be repaired. Told 1-2 wk turn around. 4wks later, delivery turns up. Driver provides no paper work, drops windows and leaves while we were out the back. When we inspected the delivery, we found only half the windows were there and they were even more damaged than they were before we sent them back to be repaired. This was on 22 Dec.Tried ringing wideline immediately, but they were closed and un-contactable, apparently, until 8 Jan 2018. So now, we have no ensuite and a half-gutted, barely functioning bathroom, as these rooms can't be completed properly without the windows.
On top of this, our builder has hit us up for a fortune as he had trades (gyprocker and tiler), + himself, on site or booked and ready to go. My girlfriend's been crying her eyes out. Nice work Wideline, you've totally ruined our Christmas!
