Fastway Couriers

Absolutely appalling service in all aspects, no response, long delays to get my goods, the goods were left on the mezzanine floor of our building near the car park door where anyone could have stolen them. Zero care factor

1st time, I was home, they left a card and didn't knock on the door. Then asked me to go to the depot, which I refused.

2nd time, the threw the parcel, a portable mozzie zapper over the front fence.

3rd time, They received the item on 26h July, today the 30th July and after two calls to local Sunbury contractor, still no delivery.

I will now ask the seller if Fastaway Couriers are their preferred courier I will not order through them.

If there was a zero rating I would have given them that.

Parcel thrown at doorway while we were home, glass shattered please do not use this company

Terrible company. Do not use. Came home picked up my delivery and all you could hear was shattered glass. You think the delivery driver would use his brain and figure it out. Zero stars for these people..

Despite repeated emails and phone calls package not delivered and not even a card left to prove even an attempt to deliver. Would give zero stars if possible.
