Chemist Warehouse Head Office

just refused service at the Hub outlet Abbotsford due to refusing to have temperature taken at entrance. i can go to the two supermarkets located in the building without such a hindrance, along with the bottle shop. oh no , precious chemist warehouse insists on refusing service. will now take my dollars elsewhere.

Ordered baby food. Urgent I said. We're in lockdown. Promised delivery same day then said first thing next day. It's 12.30pm called them ah we just got it.haha. then she tries to tell me later today. I could have ordered a taxi..it's 800m to hotel. I slammed da phone. Kid hungry. Thx chemist warehouse.

Just thought I’d let u know I used to go to the Charlestown chemist but recently I’ve copped a pharmacist called Sam he is the rudest man I’ve met I get a lot of scripts made n do pay quite a bit for them but I’m sick of his attitude he’s abrupt n can be very rude I ordered some today via phone n he slammed the phone in my ear no goodbye nothing well it’s the last time I’ll be going there I’ll take my money n scripts to the other chemist in the area because of him I’m sorry I won’t be back

I went for my script at Numurkah Rd. Shepparton Chemist warehouse store and they refused to give the right amount of Medicine as prescribed and argued. I have to take the script to the Wyndham Rd Chemist warehouse and they honoured the script and gave the exact amount as prescribed.It has happened no.of times in the past and therefore I will be not visiting that

store anymore. I only wanted to give business as it had opened recently in my neighbourhood.

hey guys ducked into your Redcliffe branch at two fourty today, came out very frustrated and surprised by the lack of care in customer service. two cashiers open ,one lady serving a customer.the other cashier a young man,was to busy chatting with two young female employees behind the cashier station. after patiently waiting for some form of recognition and for their conversation to be over,i asked if they could serve me. the young lady promptly turned on her heels and walked away muttering ii am not on tills while the young man stuck out his hand and said four dollars...wow...that was it.....four dollars only two words he could be bothered to say.really disappointing

My daughter bought baby formula from chemist warehouse it was put on the wrong shelf she got home opened it and realised it was the wrong one . She took it back the manager was so rude she dropped some out of it & said she can't do anything about it .. I rang head office they said the same they said baby can have that formula I called the company they said they can't !! Head office sent a good will gift for baby . I got a book , toothbrush & lipgloss I didn't know who it was from no letter nothing .. My daughter is a single mum the formula is not cheap we shop there every week . We won't be going there again the service and the way my daughter was treated was disgusting , no sorry nothing ....
