I do not recommend this business. poor value for money, less than average hair cuts

Do yourself a favour and avoid. they are incapable or unwilling to provide consistent quality service but keep raising the prices whilst providing poor customer experiences is never acceptable. Expect to pay through the nose and get ready to wait and wait., while the frantic stylists grind out their previous client. It's not like anyone is busy or likes wasting 3 hours getting a hair cut and colour. The overbooking ensures their staff rush every haircut. This is disrespectful to customers who are paying top dollar but receive only average results. I had the most disappointing and awful experiences with Menuki Hair and I would never ever, ever, ever, let them touch my hair again. they deserve a zero rating.
