the quality of a Melbourne Modular Sofa I bought at the Plush store Bundall IS VERY POOR
The corner piece of the modular set has collapsed seating and the stain on the leather is peeling off and discoloring to the point of looking uneven, with patches of lighter and darker sections, this is even after having the lounge professionally cleaned by the leather doctor whom mentioned the quality of this lounge is of a very poor standard. The lounge has been well cared for and I accept reasonable wear and tear to a degree however compared to another sofa purchased from a different store and even older than this one, the quality of the Plush sofa is not what the store promises to customers.
The sofa is not of acceptable quality and does not match the other sample sofas I was shown in store.
Customer service is appalling.
