Great Dry Cleaning Service

I always bring my son’s school blazer and other clothes to spot on dry cleaning. The clothes always comes back pristine. The owner is always helpful, one time I had to get all my goose down jackets dry cleaned before a trip overseas, the owner made sure that I got it back the next day. Fantastic service.

Dry cleaner that is not recommended

Not recommended! I took two garments, and both were not cleaned properly. Service was poor, and the guy that runs it doubted me when I took back a still dirty jacket he had supposedly cleaned (did a very lazy job and had both garments for a whole week each). He is very quick to dismiss dissatisfaction, jumps to conclusions, and in one case with one of my jackets, blamed the garment maker recommending I try to get my money back. All in all, he did a lazy job and he is very nonchalant in his attitude, and when attempting to have the issue rectified there was a complete communication breakdown and I ended up with a half cleaned jacket. It was easier just to give up

Worst experience at a dry cleaners. I took a velvet jacket in that had some food on the elbow. I asked if this could be removed, it was taken out the back, when the man returned he said yes no problem. When I picked up the jacket the outline of the stain was still there but also now all the velvet was damaged. It looked like it had been cleaned with rocks as the velvet had been all pulled with damaged threads all over the jacket. When I questioned this I was told it wasn't the dry cleaners problem. I bought in a dirty jacket. Ummmmm yes a dirty jacket, not a damaged one. Plus the fact he had not removed the stain so I now have a dirty and damaged jacket. He then tried to tell me that is what happens to velvet and take it back to where I purchased it?!?!?!?!?! I was mortified. I now have a jacket that is totally ruined. I then went to another dry cleaner to ask advise on the situation. They advised they could not repair the damage he had caused as it looked like whatever he had used was too rough for the material. Looks like I have to make a complaint through the ACCC and dry cleaning complaints arbitration board. Do NOT use this drycleaner unless you want your clothes returned in a worse condition than you left them in.
