BE WARNED. THIS REMOVAL COMPANY HAS DISGUSTING OPERATORS.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.



I Recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne using i MOVE Group and ended up being the MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST NIGHTMARE.

I NEVER EXPERIENCED A MORE CARELESS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.



The whole payment process was very confusing, in the end they charged me more than quoted. The initial agreement was 2 jobs, one to pick up my stuff and put them in their storage and 2 job to deliver my stuff from their storage to Melbourne.

So, one day they decided (without my knowledge) to upload all my stuff on a truck and send them down to VIC without notice, or checking with me if that was ok, or asking me for a date or a the delivery address. The truck driver called me the same day he arrived in Melbourne, asking me where should he drop my stuff and I had to find a new storage within an hour to be able to save my belongings. I NEVER asked them for my stuff to be delivered.



The lady in the Customer service Melissa (her last name was never provided) is extremely rude and doesn’t listen, she yelled at me several times and demanded to be paid even threatened me and ordered the driver to take all my stuff back to Sydney again and then I’d have to pay for a new delivery plus some penalty fee.



When discussing the final payment with her, she claimed no responsibility and that it is not in their policy to confirm with customers their delivery date, hour or address.

Companies like this one that play with your belongings won’t be allowed to operate STAY AWAY FROM iMOVE GROUP Do Not Use them!!

I have used this company to move my furniture multiple times. They are professional and provide great service! Highly recommended
