Since switching to the Sleeptime , my sleep quality has transformed. The customizable elevation settings allow me to find the perfect position for reading, relaxing, or drifting off to sleep. Whether it’s zero gravity mode for spinal relief or gentle incline to ease digestion, every adjustment feels intuitively designed for comfort.

Couldn’t ask for a better bed combination, Haris the guy that installed the bed for us was so informative about the beds workings and controls, he inspected the mattress and found a fault and organised to be replaced immediately and also found the top cover sheet was dirty and also having it replaced.

Overall l would recommend this product to anyone interested in purchasing a new bed.

Best night sleep had for a long time.

It has been 1 year and i still never received the free pillows that were promised to me. Also, dont purchased adjustable beds. They come with more issues than a 10 year old car.

Stay away from these companies. They are a scam. Warranty means nothing. All the parts eventually either crack or stop working randomly so dont pay 5k for a bed from this place and expect a life changing experience

My husband bought the adjustable bed system at a boat show. You are meant to be able to configure the mattress to be firm, medium or soft, depending on which layer of mattress you put up top. It was meant as a surprise for me to help with my sleep apnea and reflux. I am a side sleeper and curvy, and the mattress is just not soft enough. I wake up every morning with sore hips, neck and shoulder. I have been communicating with the company for around 9 months. I just keep getting told that they have tested the mattress and it distributes pressure evenly over your whole body. I have to learn to sleep on my back and keep trying for at least 3 months. As many times as I have told them I have tried this (mind you, back sleeping is the worst position for someone with sleep apnea) and tried all sorts of bed positions including the zero gravity position for extended months on end - it is just the worst mattress I have experienced for my body and the way I sleep. They will not give me a topper to try - so I should spend another $500 on a topper which still may not work! They are not interested in making this right - I keep getting told to sleep on my back! Oh, and the 120 night sleep guarantee does not apply, as it is supposedly for a cheaper mattress. I've also been told that I can buy a better mattress from them! The bed system was not cheap - as my husband bought all the bells and whistles, including the "massage" function - which just vibrates the bed. The most important part of the whole thing is to have a comfortable mattress so you can wake up fresh and rejuvenated! Instead I wake up sore and cranky every day from a bad sleep. Avoid - you might like a firm mattress which could suit you - however, the post sales service is atrocious.

As the bed did not fit within our bedframe, Sleep-time have agreed to refund the purchase price.

We purchased a Dual King Platinum bed this year and couldn't be happier. We discovered the bed at a show where there were several other companies. Out of about 4 companies we decided on Sleeptime . The bed was comfortable with support the mattress is interchangeable so you can change it to soft or hard. It has a zip off cover for easy washing. It has a summer and winter cover. All these extras were quite surprising. The staff are great the men who came to erect the bed were so helpful,respectful and cheerful. Can't speak highly enough. Thank You Sleeptime

I bought my Adjustable Sleeptime Massage Bed from Melissa in the Prestons Showroom, She was very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. It was a prompt delivery and received our new bed only 3 days after the purchase, the delivery guys were very thorough and after installing our bed even explained how to use it again. Since having my new bed i am waking up with no pain in my lower Back and my husband has even stopped snoring. I highly recommend Sleeptime.
