Poor customer service, really really bad job. Will not answer calls or texts. Fence not straight, does not open or close properly, intercom doesn't work either.

Don't get caught up in the hype, we signed a contract in July 2021 with an agreed completion date of December 10, 2021. As soon as we signed the contract and paid the 44k deposit we were relegated to being Mario's lowest priority and the whole frustrating journey was littered with promises and guarantees but the reality was delays and excuses with not one due date achieved and agreed site visits rarely attended. In February 2022 Mario requested and received full payment to 88.5k and as I write this in October 2022 our fence remains unfinished. Additionally all 4 gateposts bow under the weight of the unsupported panels and while Mario originally agreed to address the issue he has now reneged and refuses to provide any engineering specifications. In frustration we engaged a lawyer who also took our money and delivered absolutely nothing so to avoid further costs and the mind numbing frustration of dealing with Mario I will just complete the job myself. The trades however are outstanding and do amazing work.
