Complete Windscreens

took a car in for water leak no damage to windscreen onlty wanted the to change it to seal water leaks $400 later still the same would do anything to fix sealing proble

Three cars & two works vehicles over 10 years & am about to have yet another family car treated by Complete.

Only gave a one star as no stars is not possible have used company in past but will never use again car brought in 3 times unprofessional workmanship was fobbed with promise to have them rectify problem with mobile call out booked with a no show or recognition of booking they don't admit fault picture is an example of how car was initially returned with window trim all tucked under windscreen mouldings also glued out of alignment and smashed glass left below windscreen. Returned back still not fixed properly and after third return have given up seriously don't waste your money or time go elsewhere ....

Recently at Marque Restoration and Motor Repair we built a 330 TR LM Ferrari replica .Being a competely new aluminium body made to our own drawings we needed a new windscreen for the car .No such thing in producting .We made a template for the apertures and asked Completes to make a glass for front and rear windows .

They found a glass with the right compound curves and cut it to size and fitted it with finishing seal all round.

Made another for the rear window .Top job absolutely perfect

We had two cars to change and replace the windshield we are disappointed with this company as they damaged the windshield wiper on a BMW and they lied for a cover up and also, they gave a quote for both cars then they decide to do only one of them and asking to take the 2nd on to their shop.

On the 1st car, they broke the wiper and when we called them, they had my parter drive all the way from Gawler to their shop then telling her, they had to order the part,

The part they order was from an old junk car which broke again for the 2nd time. She drove back and forth for couple of times and she still not happy with the wiper which they put on perhaps from a wrecker for couple of dollars. the original wiper was like new.

Please before you consider using this guys I have 4 reasons for you not to:

1. Giving a price on two cars then they decide do the easy one and not do the harder one
2. Broke the windshield wiper they first trying to lie saying they did not touch the wiper. I was there as the witness and saw the man kept hammering the wiper right in front me and finally took it out.

3. When we called them about the problem, we had to drive all the way to their shop two times.

4. The wiper they installed is a junk old one and my partner still very unhappy with it and she is about to see a professional for this issue.

5. When you call they seem to be too nice but that last until they get your money. After that they hardly even answer your question and you just think they want to hung up on you.

If you have a car which is a good car please fine another company to do the job otherwise, you will struggle like us still.

Complete Windscreens are quick, professional and a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I would totally recommend them. They came out to my sons worksite to replace his back windscreen and were there and had completed the job a couple of hours after I had made the call to them. One very happy customer
