At GC Motorcycles we service and repair all makes of motorcycle and scooter , a filter would have been ordered for your rare Aprilla mojito custom scooter and fitted at service time along with new oil and other parts required.

The oil wont stay clear for very long as it would be colored by any small amounts of residue left in the engine. All engine oil removed at service intervals is black.

All this aside we dont stock parts for all makes and models entering Australia but are happy to get them when required.

I am glad to hear it has been running without fault between service.

Have been dealing with them for years and had nothing but excellent service, above and beyond, and great advice. Some nuts shook loose and went in for replacements. They replaced with self-locking nuts - no charge. Just buying my second bike from them and noticed the negative reviews - these problems are definitely not the norm in my experience.

Cannot speak highly enough of these guys, and 5 stars isn't enough.
Came in last week for a new tyre, and we rather quickly learned that I had a seized axle nut.
After spending more than an hour, with up to 3 guys working on the bike at once, we unfortunately couldn't get the axle undone. So I went off and ordered some replacement parts from Yamaha, came back today, and after another stellar multi hour effort by the guys, managed to get the axle nut off, and the ruined tyre replaced with a nice new one.
They genuinely went above and beyond, they treated my bike and myself with great respect, despite our mutual frustration, and perfectly sorted all the issues and got me safely back on the road all before lunch.
Couldn't be happier, and again, I can't speak highly enough of them, nor could I recommend them strongly enough.

Went to service my rare Aprilla mojito custom scooter, asked for an oil filter, he said he does not have one and has never used one before like that. when i drained the oil it was black, the scooter had been serviced at GC 12 months ago. I asked him how did this filter get on my scooter then?? He could not answer that, therfore he did not service it when i took it there, but was quick to take my money!! Now it makes sense why the oil was black!! Make your own view of that!

Very unhappy with the service , Go there with the rim off the bike and they say leave it with us, so lets go home and back again. Got a tyre fitted for my 250 and when picking it up he said the rim was dirty , i thought to my self didn't you wash it then. I didn't realize that there was dirt inside the tyre. Basically it went down later on and found there was lots of sand inside still, should of got a call about maybe a new tube is required. So had to go to another shop buy a tube now. IT SUCKS when you getting everything ready to go away and find a flat when loading it up. If there is has dirt inside the rim the owner doesnt know this.
