Very rude human being! Don't you even consider having them to do anything related to your pool. You'll just lose your health being overly stressed and upset over how poor they treat you and your property. I would never recommend this service/business to even my worst enemy.

in march 23, they were listed as authorised repair for Maytronics.

I went to the shop during opening hours - found it closed.

the neighbouring business told me the owner would usually come back late afternoon/early evening.

As the workshop is located in a secluded place, I left my pool robot to repair in a safe spot with a note and texted/called the owner.

My mistake...

I never had any news and the Maytronics key account manager struggled for weeks to get a hold on the owner who told him that he would call me.

never happen.

I can understand we can all struggle in life, but just a txt msg or phone call saying 3take it back, I won't do it" is better than no news, no defective robot back.

Maytronics HQ were apologetic but nothing they can do.
