Why do companies like Flybuys use this company?? They are diabolical. First attempt o deliver, they left a card directing me to a post office miles form home, and item was not there. Called and as told item returned to depot?? Was then told would be delivered and left at front door next day and again received a card, this time saying item returned to depot, which is also mile from home. Called and asked why they did not follow agreed arrangement, and was told due to pet at property??? Unless the driver was planning to break into my home and place item in my lounge this should not have been an issue. No call back as to when item may arrive.
Sadly I do not believe anyone at Star Track read these reviews as the apalling reviews continue. No wonder Aust Post loose money.

More often than not when i get a delivery using startrack i have problems, from taking weeks to deliver to not receiving the delivery at all. Avoid this company as they will ruin your business reputation and give your customers headaches

STARTRACK delivery service what a joke! They don't have any idea what they are doing. From driver to customer service through to team leaders. When they stuff up no one is willing to take responsibility, they brush you off like you have done something wrong. I am disgusted in this company and will never recommend or use them again!

I have never been so disappointed by a company before.
Not only was our parcel lost and severely delayed, but it took 4 days and innumerable hours of phone conversations with 12 different Star Track employees for our warehouse manager to finally be told the article had been damaged and was not going to be delivered. We were told this by a trainee employee on his second day, and lied to by all the rest.
While there were some employees who were helpful and tried to give us an accurate answer, every single phone call lead to the same answers, meaning we were standing in the same position as when we started.
We have been lied to, hung up on, ignored and avoided. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers, and I am absolutely appalled by this entire ordeal. If Star Track cannot even treat their customers with respect and honesty how can anyone be expected to trust this company with anything at all - particularly in doing their job to delivery products wholly and undamaged in a timely manner.
