On the 7th of October, I sent an email off to "Madhu Singh" my agent here in Albury asking to cancel my subscription as it was not working for me.
I note that deductions were made on 2nd Nov and the 3rd of December.
Having notified my agent on the 7th of October, I would expect 3weeks would be ample time to cancel deductions from my account as it is up to Yellow pages to stop these deductions. I have sent another email today and it has been returned.
Please act swiftly here, my next contact will be the 'Communication Ombudsmen".
