Rach's Beauty & Nails

I got a full set of acrylics 21/02/14. They were not shaped at all they were thick depth and width and the girl didn't understand when I was telling her to thin them. Not only that they were the same thickness at the tip and the base there was no graduation and they were all bumpy and uneven. They look like tack on nails that I could buy from the chemist for children.
