      Appalling service

      Dog came home bleeding on 2 paws

      Shaking and traumatised

      Groomer rude and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing.

      My dog is still licking his sore paw 2 weeks later.

      When we arrived she barely acknowledged us

      I should have trusted my instincts

      Not animal lover

      Dressed to impress

      The skills to groom my little poodle is the best. No one can stand up to their attention to detail and my Tilly comes home beautiful groomed.
