Raeburn Building Inspections

If anyone else has similar thing happen from this company can they contact me my friends have had the same thing happen now putting them in a situation they can't afford to fix surely this company can be sued or something he shouldn't get away with it

avoid using him ( Steve P) if you can, I am the one of the victims, he did a building inspection on my property and provided me a “structure sound” report in 2013, I just recently being given another building report on the same property by someone who wants to but my property, shows that it actually had a roof structure defect, it is very obviously, something to do with the struts installation, I sent a civil engineer there and he confirm the structure defect, it would cost me few thousand to fix it, the worst thing is, he do not have the balls to face it, once he knows my complaint , he never reply email and answer my call, use him on your own risk..
