I’m a believer in “if you don’t have anything good to say, say nothing at all”.



However I am also a believer in sharing your truths so potential employees and clients are able to access information that helps make an informed decision if they want to.



I was employed by Prospect Hill for 18 months in a office based role and part of that was after hours.

Left of my own accord after deciding I was not comfortable with things happening to other employees and the way the business was.

It prompted me to find my dream job!



In my time at Prospect Hill the Office had a turnover of about 125%, that’s very telling.



I worked with some amazing talented caring beautiful people who have all had a similar experience and are no longer employees either.

Am grateful some of them are now my friends.



Things I found sadly lacking in my time at Prospect Hill were; empathy, professionalism, respect, organisation, kindness, appreciation and maturity.



Hopefully Prospect Hill will learn you get so much more when you build people up instead of tearing them down.
