Red Hill Doctors Surgery

Everyone at the practice are so lovely and kind; the reception staff, doctors and nurses. I have been attending this practice for years, and will continue to go for many years to come. No matter which doctor I see, I always leave the practice feeling cared for and looked after, as all the doctors are very thorough and intensive with their examinations. I have recommended this surgery to all my friends and family.

Don't bother trying to go here unless it's for an emergency situation. The amount of different GP's I've had from here in the last 12 months is crazy. I found out most only work part time and if i try to see the same doctor that I had last visit, it's a 4 week wait. When I complained to the practice manager, Kim, she was quite rude and told me she doesn't control the doctors. That's fine, but she can at least keep them in the right direction and tell them when patients prefer one doctor over the other.
