1 star is 1 star too many for these THIEFS! Stole items from a single mum of 4! Shame on you!

If only you could rate with zero stars. Stay away from this company! Careless movers with even worse customer servive.

Will never use this mob again. First of all, arrive late to load up. Loaded the furniture without care. They have put a whole in the wall, chipped paint on another wall, broken my fridge, scratched the crap out of my brand new solid dining table, ruined my 4month old luxurious lounge, made payment before job finished, signed once job was done, to than be told he made an error and forgot to add the travel fee back to depot so owe another $66. Never mentioned the ttavel fee prior to booking, even asked twice to confirm. Boss man is probably the rudest of all saying he's happy to put claim in once we pay the $66 travel fair back plus $500 excess from the damages his staff caused to both my furniture and the house they moved us into. Will never go through thid lot again. Caused us nothing but frustration and anger and noe left with damaged goods. Not even slightly considerate about the whole process. Not to mention I never got a reciept, never shown paperwork to state the fine print. Only made to sign once job was done, so that he could get paid - in those words exactly. Not impressed and I urge you not to go through this company.

Used Peter Rabbits Removal Services to move houses. They turned to be the movers who are more interested in getting money off you even before the job is finished.They stopped work & waisted lot of time to sort out the payment before unloading but their mobile eftpos machine doesn't work. As a result was forced to go & draw out the cash while they waited all on my expense. A very unprofessional job.... Don't waste your time & energy with this company.
When contacted the owner.... He was very rude & unhelpful.

Took 3hrs to do 1 load, they dropped & damaged boxs & side tables, daughters couch was covered in dirt & wet!. Charged me for a travel fee which was never advised or in email quote. Due to this i called it a day and was left to move the rest that they failed to. When spoke to owner about issues was very rude to MIL kept going on about travel fee but not this issue of damaged & dirty items. Refused to rectified claiming never had complaints before - MANY bad reviews have been left for these guys - when i left negative feedback on facebook page they keep deleting - BAD COMPANY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

Best ever removal company I have ever used the Peter rabbit removals are verey nice and a reasonable price plus the use three men compared to any other removal company's that use two men
