Awesome, wonderful, relaxed, accommodating and friendly! We are getting married in a few weeks and only just decided to have a wedding party which meant we needed suits...fast! They not only rose to the challenge but excelled as 2 of the groomsmen are extra large gentlemen. Not to mention the price was very reasonable! Thank you!!!

So it was my first time trying on wedding dresses I was so excited even if it had decided to pour down with rain. I have a one year old daughter and a friend with two sons aged 2years and 5months as I have no family here in australia (I am originally from the uk) my friend is the only person I have to come with me. So we get the kids out the car only to find there is no ramp access, I go inside to be approached (I would say greeted but I couldn't call that type of attitude greeting) by a person who tells me when I ask how to get the prams in that we have to lift them up the two steps.! Only then to be asked what is it I'm doing for you so I explained that I called to come and try on dresses. "Not like that your not" was the response.! I said excuse me this person said well look at you I can't put dresses on you with wet hair like that your soaking.! What a lovely way to treat a bride to be and give her a wonderful experience in her first time trying dresses NOT.! I will be sure never to step foot in that shop again and my friend (who is also engaged) knows better now too.! Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers especially when the only reason we was so wet was trying to figure out how to get the prams in.! If I had family here then of course they would of looked after my daughter and the boys but unfortunately I don't what a shame you don't cater for that and what you do cater for you do with a disgusting attitude. I can understand you don't want your dresses ruining but a ten min chat to sit and dry off and there could of been a very different outcome. In future you may aswel save your time and keep the shop closed while it's raining. So a warning to all future brides if it's raining don't bother turning up.!
