On 3 Feb we had a friendly welcome from the young assistant. I was later given the bag by the elderly assistant as if I had been served. However, she didn't tell me my most important CTG scripts hadn't been filled. I checked the bag and found that my glaucoma drops and Madopar (400 tablets = 4 boxes, a month's supply for my PSP) were missing. I asked could they be ordered in for me. The tall male pharmacist said yes, so the scripts were placed on the dispensing counter. We said we'd collect them the next week. When my paid carer went to get the items on 11 Feb they spent 10 minutes searching and couldn't find the scripts nor the medications. When he came back I asked that he call to speak to the pharmacist in duty? After 3 phone calls they told me that they had contacted the pharmacist. No luck. They then treated me like an idiot. "Look for the scripts at home." Utter incompetence or dishonesty? (My meds are free of charge.)

The pharmacy staff are amazing! Vitaly and his assistants are fantastic, so knowledgeable, and always up to date with latest news and research. This is a busy place, open till late and with great staff that always help and offer good useful advice!
